How the Sorting & Labelling Process Works
Prep Spec Agreed
You confirm what the finished pallet or unit needs to look like — label type, positioning, bundle configuration, pallet height and any retailer requirements. We document it as a written spec.
Goods Received & Sorted
Stock is received, checked and sorted by SKU, condition or destination. Any damages or discrepancies are logged and reported before rework begins.
Rework & Labelling
Units are relabelled, poly-bagged, bundled, tagged or kitted according to the spec. Random quality checks are carried out during and after the run.
Palletised & Stored or Dispatched
Finished stock is palletised to spec, labelled at pallet level, and either racked into storage or dispatched to your customer, marketplace or retailer.
