How Airport & Port Support Works
Shipment Notified
You send the AWB, BOL or container reference, ETA and any customs status. We schedule collection and prepare goods-in.
Collection & Haulage
Cargo is collected from Heathrow, Felixstowe, London Gateway, Tilbury or Southampton by our nominated hauliers. VBS slots and ATH gate bookings are handled by us.
Devanning or Break-Bulk
At the depot, cargo is unloaded, checked against paperwork, photographed and palletised. Damages and discrepancies are reported the same day.
Onward Handling
Stock goes into storage, into FBA prep, into ecommerce fulfilment or onto pallet networks for UK distribution — all from the same building.
